Our Offerings

We teach mindfulness and compassion to improve well-being and care.

Our work, drawing from over 30 years of experience in hospice and end of life care, is grounded in the expression
of the universal values of compassion and service. We teach caregivers to use mindfulness-based tools to improve
well-being, and through conversation, we inspire each other to live fully in the face of the universal experience of loss.

Offering support in these challenging times

We are pleased to announce that we are continuing to host free, live, online sessions across May and June to provide support as the pandemic continues to touch our lives. The new sessions are up now on our "Courses and Events" page.

All sessions will share mindfulness-based techniques that we can integrate into daily life, to help reduce distress and increase self-care. Recordings of these sessions will be posted on our Resources section of the website.

We look forward to seeing you there.

It's Easy to Support Zen Caregiving Project

We are passionate about the work we do. Every day we work hard to support people who can benefit from what we have learned over the years about alleviating suffering. We depend on people like you to help us get our offerings into the hands of people who need our services most. When the need is so great, there are many ways to support our work.

We are very excited to share with you our new Supporter’s Page. It shares different ways you can get involved in carrying out our mission. Please join us in whatever way makes sense and feels comfortable for you. We want to make a difference in the world, and our goals are ambitious. We can’t do it without you.
