After the success of our Mindful Family Caregiving study, run in April 2021, we are launching a second wave of the study open to 72 family caregivers. This research will be conducted in partnership with academics from UC Davis and will help us gain high-quality evidence on the ways in which our course supports family caregivers.
Family caregivers in the study get to take our Mindful Family Caregiving course for free (it usually costs $100). If you know any caregivers that may be interested, please share our Caregiver Study webpage with them: zencaregiving.org/caregiver-study .
At Zen Caregiving Project we want to share our approach and teaching with as many people as possible. That’s why, over the last few years, we have been recording our live sessions and posting them on our resources page.
We have videos on topics such as Self Compassion, Working with Grief, Building Resilience and Managing Difficult Emotions. You can also find blogs about our work, and lists of further resources you may find helpful.
