Zen Caregiving Project has always believed and taught that all beings are interconnected and interdependent, that the pain and suffering of another is the pain and suffering of us all. We condemn the violence against BIPOC and unjust structures of systemic racism that continue to marginalize and harm people of color.
Our team has been reflecting on our own actions, as individuals and as part of the larger organization, and we have developed an organization-wide commitment to Racial Equity which you can read by clicking the button below.
“It is the heart that does the giving; the fingers only let go.”

As we start 2021 we are asking you to support our work as so many of you have generously done in the past.
In this difficult time, caregivers need our support more than ever. With your help we can continue to teach the skills and knowledge they need to build resilience, prevent burnout, and provide compassionate care. With your support, we know we can make a difference.
