Instructor: Roy Remer
Whether you are feeling disconnected due to isolation, depleted from caring for someone with an illness, or simply experiencing a general sense of unease around current uncertainties, we want to offer support to ease your suffering. In this free, live session we will provide a space for you to share, explore and connect in the face of suffering.
We will also share mindfulness-based techniques that you can integrate into daily life, to help reduce distress and increase self-care. Our approach will remind you of and enhance your inherent strength and resilience.
No previous mindfulness experience necessary – open to all!

For those that can’t make the session, we want to highlight that we also have a free webinar on resilience in caregiving on our website that our Executive Director recently gave to the Family Caregiver Alliance community. The mindfulness and compassion practices offered in the webinar also support a healthy approach to coping with stress.
