This has been a tough six months for all of us, and it is when things get difficult that our compassion can feel stretched. This session will share how mindfulness can support you in accessing compassion, and provide practical ways to reclaim compassion in the face of compassion fatigue. It will also share techniques to help you apply self-compassion when feeling overwhelmed.
