Instructor: Roy Remer
Knowing we will experience loss is difficult, but this knowledge can also help us to see how much we value what we have. This session will explore the relationship between loss and gratitude and introduce the benefits of turning toward loss and death as opportunities for growth and deepening appreciation for the life we have.
The live online session will explain how cultivating mindfulness can help us to ground ourselves in the present moment when faced with loss and fully acknowledge what is still in our life. It will also share practices of cultivating gratitude that can be used in daily life, and in challenging circumstances.
