Society has changed, as have our lives and our daily habits. And, we don’t know what is coming next. While the unknown can cause anxiety, it can also inspire us to practice a mindful approach of being with the “here and now,” thus reducing suffering and promoting ease.
In this free, interactive session, we will learn mindfulness techniques and approaches to help us navigate times of transition and change, and cope with uncertainty. Short meditation periods are included in the session and there will be time at the end for Q & A.
No previous mindfulness meditation experience necessary. All are welcome.
