Join us for a 45-minute meditation session every Thursday throughout August. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, these sessions are for you. Each week a different instructor will offer a guided meditation, providing an opportunity to stop the “doing” that dominates our lives and quietly rest in present-moment awareness. We look forward to seeing you there.
Each session begins at 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm Pacific Time/Western US. When you register, you can choose any of the dates mentioned below.

- August 20th – lead by Alistair Shanks
- August 27th – lead by Alistair Shanks
These sessions will be conducted through Zoom. Log-in information will be sent to participants by email prior to the session. (The Register button is on the right-hand side of this page)
Registration will close 2.5 hours before the first session begins.
