Many professionals contacted us to say they weren’t able to attend our previous free, online session. So, we are running a second session, covering the same material, for anyone who would like to join. A recording of the session will be posted on our website after the session has ended.

In this free online session for professional caregivers, we will share mindfulness-based tools and compassionate approaches and discuss ways to integrate these into your professional and personal life to reduce stress and increase resilience and wellbeing.

We recognize the weight of the work that professional caregivers are taking on and offer this free, live, online session to support you, while you support others.
