Instructor: Mary Doane
As shelter-in-place restrictions start lifting we are faced with decisions about what activities feel safe to us. The approaches and choices of others may leave us feeling at risk, exposed, and anxious.
This live online session will help you to acknowledge and normalize the sense of uncertainty you may feel re-entering and reengaging with the outside world. It will introduce the use of healthy emotional boundaries to help navigate this uncertainty and help increase feelings of safety and empowerment. The session will also explain how mindfulness can help you develop and maintain healthy boundaries, and will provide you with emotional tools to use when your boundaries get crossed.
