How often do you take the time to consider what matters most to you? The simple act of reaffirming your values has been shown to increase openness to others, and increase happiness, both of which are needed amidst the changes and challenges of the pandemic.
This interactive session will be an opportunity to reconnect with your deepest goals for growth as a human being. We will guide you through meditations that help you reconnect to the values that matter most to you and introduce you to daily practices that will support a deeper connection to the world around you.
No previous mindfulness meditation experience necessary. All are welcome.
