We welcome all to join us in our weekly Tuesday morning meditations. Begin your Tuesday by establishing a foundation of mindful awareness before your day gets busy. One of our experienced facilitators will be guiding you each week, so no prior meditation is necessary.
Each Tuesday morning session, beginning at 8:00 am, we will offer two back to back 15-minute meditation periods for a total of 30 minutes. Join, either for the first 15 minutes or, stay for the entire 30 minutes of meditation. Following the second 15-minute meditation, you are welcome to stay for comments and questions. We will begin promptly at 8:00 am, so please arrive on time.
Please note: We will close the waiting room after 8:05 a.m. If you cannot log on by 8:05, please join us the following week.
