Mindful Family Caregiving is a four-part online course that addresses the emotional complexities that come with caring for a loved one or family member. Being a Family Caregiver can bring unique rewards, and often poses unique challenges. If you are currently in this special role, or expect to be in it soon, these sessions are intended for you.

This live interactive series includes the following modules:

  • Cultivating Mindfulness for Engaged Care
  • Sustainable Compassion in Caregiving
  • Loss and its Influence on the Caregiving Experience
  • Maintaining Healthy Boundaries

Each two-hour session incorporates teaching, guided meditations, small group activities, and ample opportunities for group sharing. Handouts are provided for each session.

Led by experienced instructors, our courses provide the opportunity to learn methods that reduce stress and build resilience, and tools that support you in providing quality care and connection for your loved one.
